Advice of the Advisory Panel

That the Executive Member be advised:

(i)           That the inspection report is noted.

(ii)         That the action plan be approved.

(iii)       That the implications of managing different aspects of the same LSC contract across different directorates within the Council be noted.

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:                        To approve the Post Inspection Action plan.
