Corporate Director of Economy and Place
acknowledged the Fleet Replacement Programme as outlined in Annex A
and agreed for officers to proceed with Phase 1 of the programme to
the value of £3m.
Reason: The overwhelming focus of this first phase is to address
the risks posed by the worst of the age expired fleet, and improve
reliability of the fleet of waste vehicles.
