Corporate Director of Economy and Place approves the continuation of the existing traffic restriction for Low Poppleton Lane and the introduction of Bus Lane Enforcement of the Low Poppleton Lane traffic restriction using cameras including the provision of an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order.

This course of action is taken to maximise the compliance with the Traffic Regulation Order to help minimise the impact of traffic in the area and the effects this has on road, pedestrian and cycling safety. The impact of the implementation of the experimental Traffic Regulation Order can be considered by the Executive Member for Transport and Planning in 2018.
