Advice of the Advisory Panel:

That the Executive Member consider the proposals and approve the Strategy document.

Decision of the Executive Member:

RESOLVED: That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON: To fulfil the requirement to set up the Local Authority’s response to national guidance and legislation.
