Based on 60/40 Quality/Price tender
submission, 4 year Term Contract has been awarded to:
Gentoo Construction Ltd.
The Tender exercise was carried out in conjunction wit Commercial
Procurement Construction category.
Bids were invited from Contractors on the Northern Housing
Consortium Lots 2 (Licensed Removals) and Lt 3 (Non Licensed
Removals) Frameworks for Asbestos Removals.
Bid evaluation was carried out by two Officers within Building
Services and a resident nominated by the Tenant Equalities and
Engagement Facilitator.
