Interim Director of City and Environmental Services agreed in the interim period that the York College be contacted and offered a rolling short notice arrangement for parking (at Moor Lane Car Park) should it be of interest and that alternative sources of income be also considered on a short term opportunity basis.

In light of the information available the Director has declared the Car Park Surplus whilst continuing to explore short term income opportunities and that the site be referred to the Council's Capital Asset Board to consider the best alternative use of the asset in respect of the Boards terms of reference.
