Resolved:  (i)      That option 1, to implement the rental exchange, be approved.

                   (ii)      That officers will engage with council tenants across the City on its introduction and their individual choice to opt out in preparation for moving to live implementation later in the year.

Reason:     The scheme will support financial inclusion for some of the most financially excluded citizens in the city through improving access to high street credit for council tenants.
