Resolved:  That advance approval be granted to roll out the use of an independent parking enforcement contractor to the identified sites across the City and to new ones as the need arises subject to the criteria, as detailed in option 2 (paragraph 10 and 20-22) of the report.

Reason:     To reduce the amount of opportunist parking on garage forecourt sites owned by the council.
