Issue - decisions

Resolved:  That the Cabinet Member considered arrangements to            enable the Council to discharge its functions under the            Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013.

Reason:     To provide a delegation scheme for dealing with the                 new legislation, and set fees that are at a level which is                    sufficient to cover the costs of operating the service.
