RESOLVED: That the prosecution work and the continuation of the current policy on legal actions be reviewed and approved.

REASON: To inform the Cabinet Member of the outcome of formal action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in the period 1 July – 30^th September 2012 (Q2).
