RESOLVED:             That the recommendations arising from the Customer complaints Policy Scrutiny Review as detailed at paragraph 7 of the report, be approved and noted. 1.

 

REASON:                  In order to respond to the Task Group’s recommendations and to address the concerns raised when this scrutiny topic was originally submitted.
