Improving York's Green Spaces: Progress in 2010 and future actions
20/07/2011 - Treasury Management Annual Report and Review of Prudential Indicators
RESOLVED: (i) That the 2010/11 performance of the Council’s Treasury Management activity be noted.
(ii) That the movements of the Prudential Indicators, as set out in Annex A to the report, be noted.
REASON: In accordance with statutory requirements.
(iii) That Cabinet formally record their thanks to Officers for their success in managing the Council’s debt payments.

RESOLVED: (i) That the work currently being undertaken be noted.
(ii) That the proposed actions summarised in paragraph 29 of the Officer’s report be agreed.
REASON: To develop sufficient high quality open space that meets the needs of the City’s residents and visitors.
