That the Executive Member be advised to :

(i) Note the progress on schemes.

(ii) Approve the variations set out in paragraph 8 of the report.

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
