That the Executive Member be advised:

(i)      That Option A, to accept the grant funding offered and undertake the detailed investigation, be approved.

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:In order that the Council can investigate the land off Fulford Cross, in accordance with obligations place on the Council by Part IIA.
