· Marketing & Communications

· Civic Democratic & Legal Services

· Human Resources & Directorate HR Services

· Performance & Improvements

· Resources & Business Management

· Business Support Services

· Corporate Services

· Directorate Financial Services

This Committee is also responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement in all services, and monitoring efficiency across organisational / service boundaries to promote a seamless approach to service delivery, with the user as a central focus.
