Notice to Members – Post Decision Calling In:
Members are reminded that, should they wish to call in any decisions made on items* on this agenda, notice must be given to Democratic Services by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, 28 January 2025.
*With the exception of matters that have been the subject of a previous call in, require Full Council approval or are urgent, which are not subject to the call-in provisions. Any called in items will be considered by the Corporate Services, Climate Change and Scrutiny Management Committee.

Declarations of Interest At this point in the meeting, Members and co-opted members are asked to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest, or other registerable interest, they might have in respect of business on this agenda, if they have not already done so in advance on the Register of Interests. The disclosure must include the nature of the interest.
An interest must also be disclosed in the meeting when it becomes apparent to the member during the meeting.

Finance & performance Monitor 3 This report sets out the projected 2024/25 financial position and the performance position for the period covering 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2024. This is the third report of the financial year and assesses performance against budgets, including progress in delivering the Council’s savings programme.

Financial Strategy 2025/26 This report presents the financial strategy 2025/26 to 2029/30, including detailed revenue budget proposals for 2025/26, and asks Members to recommend to Council approval of the proposals. The financial strategy delivers a balanced budget for 2025/26.
