This meeting will only go ahead if the Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC), which will meet on 27 September 2010, requests the Executive to re-consider its decision of 21 September 2010regarding Exit Provisions and Pension Discretions.  If this is the case, a minute of the decision of the SMC will be circulated at this meeting.  However, if the SMC confirms the Executive’s decision on this item, then this meeting will be cancelled.
