This meeting will only go ahead if the Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC), which will meet on 12 October 2009, requests the Executive to re-consider its decisions of 22 September 2009regarding the Barbican Auditorium.  If this is the case, a minute of the decision of the SMC will be circulated at this meeting.  However, if the SMC confirms the Executive’s decisions on this item, then this meeting will be cancelled.
