1.	Community Fair Community Fair – Saturday 10^th of July, 2pm till 5pm, Woodthorpe Primary School Minutes: Residents were invited along to the Woodthorpe Primary School community fair. The neighbourhood management unit were available to answer ward based questions and consult on ward ambitions for the coming year. Stalls at the fair included Brownies Scouts SNAPPY face painting Beat the goalie St Leonard’s Hospice York against cancer Crafts The ward committee funded the climbing wall which attracted over 150 young people.
2.	Thursday 8th July, St Edward the Confessor Church If you can’t attend the school fete, visit Edward the Confessor Church 6pm – 7.30pm for the Ward Committee drop-in meeting Minutes: Residents were given the opportunity to talk to Ward Councillors Neighbourhood management unit Street Environment Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team And Group response 43 residents attended, Queries were raised over Chapman’s Pond, Mayfield Pond and Leeside Park regarding anti social behaviour. Information regarding the new three bin recycling scheme was made available to residents.
