Outline planning application 18/02687/OUTM Drop-in session for residents to look at the outline planning application 18/02687/OUTM (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for up to 516 residential units (Class C3) on land off Moor Lane with local centre (Use Classes A1-A4, B1a, C3, D1) public open space with pavilion and associated infrastructure and full application for demolition of existing buildings and structures and creation of ecological protection and enhancement zone. The session will be jointly hosted by the Dringhouses and Woodthorpe Ward Planning Panel and Ward Councillors to gather residents’ views on the above proposal and before the Planning Panel submits its comments to the Council.
