Selection of the Dringhouses and Woodthorpe Planning Panel. Cllr Reid outlined the role and operation of the panel, a voluntary group that meets every 4 to 6 weeks to scrutinise planning applications in respect of local developments received by the Council. Margaret Silcock, Andrew Martin, Fiona Barclay, Roger Jennings, Philip Metcalfe and Ann Grey confirmed with Michael Thornton, the Planning Panel Clerk that they wish to volunteer to be on  the Planning Panel for the next 12 months. The above membership was ratified by the Ward Committee.
