·        An opportunity for residents to talk informally to Cllrs and Council officer

Ordnance Lane Planning Application

·        Lisa Otter (Housing Development Manager, City of York Council) - Lisa will cover the planning application at Ordnance Lane. The proposal is an intergenerational and multi-generational community of 85 homes, 10 non-residential spaces and two new green amenity spaces with the aim to create a sustainable neighbourhood

St Nicks Work in Fishergate update

·        Nicola Ward (Habitats Officer – St Nicks) will be talking about their Green Corridor Project, what they have been doing down on Millennium Field, upcoming work and what we hope to achieve in the future.

Green area corner of Cemetery Road & Fulford Road

·        This space is on the junction between two main roads, in an area with significant air quality problems (high levels of nitrous oxide and PM10 levels), close to many houses and two schools. It is seen by many people on their way to work, home and school. Discussion regarding new proposals for this green space.
