Informal Surgery

A chance to talk to your local Ward Councillors, your Street Environment Officer, the Safer Neighbourhoods Policing Team and your Neighbourhood Management Officer.

Minutes:

Local Residents had an opportunity to speak to their local councillors, Safer Neighbourhood Police Team, Local Fire Service and their Neighbourhood Management officer. 

 

The following activities and displays were available:

Challenge local Councillors to a game!  All ages welcome – come as individuals or bring a team.

Fun for all the family

Mobile Police Office

A chance to meet local police officers

Urbie bus mobile youth club

The team will provide activities, information, computer access, dvds, refreshments and a place to relax for 11-19 year olds.

Find out more about the organisation and what they do in your area.

Have your Say on the ward budget

Let your local Councillors know how you would like them to spend the ward committee budget in 2009/2010.  Suggestions welcome from everyone, including children and young people.

Bike Maintenance Workshop

Road Safety Officers will be giving tips on maintaining your bike, cycling and road safety.
