·         Representatives from Fulford and Heslington Parish Councils

·         City of York Council officers from the Communities and Equalities Team, Emergency Planning Team and the Community Safety Hub.

7pm Formal Meeting - Welcome and Introductions

Police Update

An officer from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team will give an update on crime and community safety issues in the ward.

Flooding and Emergency Planning in the ward

A representative from the City of York Council Emergency Planning team will talk about the recent flooding and emergency planning in the ward.

5.

Community Safety Hub

A representative of the CYC Community Safety Hub will give an overview of the work carried out by the hub.

6.

Ward funding

·         An overview of how the ward budgets have been spent in 2015/16

·         Details of the ward budgets for 2016/17 and how they can be used to meet local needs
