At the commencement of the Hearing the Licensing Officer clarified that a clerical error had been made on the application form in relation to the supply of alcohol (Section M); it was confirmed that the Applicant wished to apply for the supply of alcohol ‘on the premises’ only. At this point in the proceedings the representor indicated that he wished to withdraw his representation. The Committee, therefore, granted the licence in the terms applied for incorporating the previously agreed condition requested by the North Yorkshire Police. RESOLVED: That the application be granted in the terms applied for with the following previously agreed condition: · The last entry to the venue shall be no later than 03:00 hours. REASON To comply with statutory requirements.
