To consider the exclusion of the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following:

Annexes A, B, and C to agenda item 10 on the grounds that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information). This information is classed as exempt under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as revised by The Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006).

To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 22 July 2026.

Attached at Annex 1 is the Treasury Management Quarter 1 report and Review of Prudential Indicators 2026/27, which provides an update on treasury activity during the quarter and was considered by Executive on 9 September 2026.

This report has been prepared to provide the committee with the updated action plan which resulted from the Contract management: major project delivery final audit report 2024/25.

To consider the committee’s work plan.

Any other business which the Chair considers urgent under the  Local Government Act 1972.

This report to Audit & Governance Committee responds to the points raised in the audit report with revised arrangements being subject to a further internal audit review (Phase 2) before the service resumes work with new landlords.
