Note: Heslington Parish Council have requested an extension of time for a decision to be made on the Examiners Recommendations and progressing the Heslington Neighbourhood Plan to 30th September 2021. The City of York Council have agreed this extension of time. The Parish would like more time to consider the Examiners Recommendations. This agreement is in place in accordance with Regulation 17A of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations.

This is not a formal meeting of this Local Plan Working Group.  The Council is operating its meetings in accordance with statutory requirements relating to holding ‘Covid-safe’ meetings between 7 May and 21 June 2021.  As a non-decision making body, Members of the Local Plan Working Group will continue to hold public informal sessions remotely during this period, if necessary, for the purpose of commenting and offering guidance on the business set out in the agenda. Members of the public may register to speak in the usual way set out below.
