Note:  This meeting will only go ahead if the Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC) on 8 January 2007 requests the Executive to reconsider its decision of 19 December 2006 regarding York West Swimming Facilities. If this is the case, a minute of the decision of SMC will be circulated at this meeting.

If the SMC confirms the Executive’s decision on this item, then this meeting will be cancelled.
