Decision:
Advice of the Advisory Panel
That the Executive Member be advised to:
(i) note the contents of this report;
(ii) consider the proposed actions contained at paragraph 12 in Confidential Annex B and refer to the Executive for a decision.
(iii) ask officers to keep Members up to date with progress.
Decision of the Executive Member
RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASONS: To inform the Executive Member.
To seek Members views on future financial planning before referring to the Executive for a decision.
