That the Executive Member be advised:
(i) That the Local Authority Governors be appointed or re-appointed to fill vacant seats as proposed in Annex One.

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON: To fill vacant seats of Governing bodies.
