This report provides information about the current position with regard to vacancies for Local Authority seats on governing bodies, lists current nominations for those vacancies, as detailed in Annex One, and requests the appointment, or re-appointment, of the listed nominees.

Advice of the Advisory Panel:
That the Executive Member appoint the LA Governors as proposed in Annex One in order to fill vacant seats.
Decision of the Executive Member:
RESOLVED: That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON: To appoint School Governors.
Minutes:
Members considered a report that provided information about the current position with regard to vacancies for Local Authority seats on governing bodies, listed current nominations for those vacancies (detailed in Annex 1 of the report) and requested the appointment, or re-appointment, of the listed nominees.
