The purpose of this report is to set out progress to date on schemes in the 2016/17 Directorate of Place Capital Programme, including budget spend to the end of August 2016. It also proposes adjustments to scheme allocations to align with the latest cost estimates and delivery projections.

Resolved:  (i)  That the amendments to the 2016/17 Directorate of Place Capital Programme set out in Annexes 1 and 2 be approved.

 

                  (ii) That the reduction to the 2016/17 Director of Place Capital Programme be noted and the movement of funding to 2017/18, subject to the approval of the Executive.

 

                 (iii) That the list of the priority pedestrian crossing requests in Annex 3 of the report be noted.     

 

Reason:              To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Directorate of Place Capital Programme.

 

Minutes:

The Executive Member considered a report which set out progress to date on schemes in the 2016/17 Directorate of Place Capital Programme, including budget spend to the end of August 2016. The report proposed adjustments to scheme allocations to align with the latest cost estimates and delivery projections.

 

It was noted that there would be no priority order for pedestrian crossing requests that were identified for investigation.
