Purpose of report: - To update members of current and future methods of cleaning the streets within the area of the City Walls.

Members are asked to note and comment on the proposals for the cleaning of the streets within the City Walls.

Advice of the Advisory Panel

That the Executive Member be advised to:

(ii)               Note the content of the report and the progress being made on the various trials.

(iii)             Request further reports as the trials are concluded.

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED: That the advice of the Advisory Panel, as set out above, be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:            To provide an improved Street Cleaning service in the City.
