Purpose of Report: The report will consider the objections raised
to the proposed ‘No Waiting at any Time’ Restrictions
for West Esplanade and offer an Officer Recommendation for the
outcome.
The Executive Member will be asked to consider the objections and
decide on if to implement the proposed ‘No Waiting at any
time’ restrictions for West Esplanade or not.

i. That the proposal the proposal for ‘No Waiting at any time’ restrictions on West Esplanade as proposed be approved.
Reason: The introduction of the restrictions will remove on street parking that has been occurring at this location and help to remove the conflict of movements between vehicles and pedestrian/cyclist which will increase safety for all users at this location.
