Purpose of Report: to present York’s Bus Service Improvement
Plan (BSIP), which is required by the Department for Transport by
31st October 2021.
The Executive Member will be asked to note the contents of the BSIP
and agree to its submission to the DfT on 31st October, or suggest
an alternative course of action.

i. Approved the programme set out in the Plan, delegating authority to the Head of Highways and Transport to submit the plan to the Department for Transport.
