Purpose of Report: For the Executive Member to be informed of the
progress made so far in determining all the outstanding DMMO
applications in accordance with the Local Government
Ombudsman’s findings.
The Executive Member will be asked to note the content of the
report.

i. Noted the content of the report and gave authorisation for it to be forwarded to the Local Government Ombudsman.
Reason: To report to the Local Government Ombudsman the progress the Council has made to reducing the backlog of undetermined DMMO applications.
