Decision:
On 25th September 2019, the Assistant Director
of Transport, Highways and the Environment, in consultation with
the Executive Member for Transport made the decision to fund the
operation of services 3A (York-Askham Bar) and 12 (Alness
Drive-Bellhouse Way) until 1st February 2020 and carry out a tender
process to establish the long term cost of operating the 12
service.
Following completion of the tender process, under delegated
authority the Assistant Director approved the extension of the
current short-term arrangements for services 3A and 12 until 4th
April 2020; and for a report to be prepared for Executive to
consider their long term funding options given the annual cost is
greater than the budget.
