Purpose of Report: Under the Food Standards Agency’s (FSA)
Framework Agreement, City of York Council is required to produce an
annual service plan that covers their various food functions
The Executive Member will be asked to consider and approve the
report.
Decision:
Resolved: That the food service plan be approved.
Reason: This will ensure that the Council has a plan to fulfil its obligations under the Food Law Code of Practice.
