restrictive covenant in favour of the Council, on an office site in
Clifton Moor, in accordance with the Asset Management Policy.
The Executive Member is asked to decide whether to lift the
restrictive covenants on the terms detailed.
Decision:
Resolved: That the application to remove the restrictive covenant on St. Christopher House, George Cayley Drive, for a capital sum of £21,180, be granted.
Reason: To enable the provision of apartments at reasonable cost in an area of surplus accommodation.
