Purpose of Report: To provide Members with an update on the capital programme.

Members are asked to note the issues and recommend to full Council any changes as appropriate.

To have a more even reporting cycle during the financial year this item has been deferred from 13 October Executive to 24 November.

Resolved:  That Executive:

(i)           Note the 2016/17 revised budget of £71.066m as set out in paragraph 6 and Table 1 of the report.

(ii)          Note the restated capital programme for 2016/17 – 2020/21 as set out in paragraph 40, Table 2 and detailed in Annex A.

Reason:     To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
