Purpose of Report: To
report on three applications, to lift restrictive covenants in
favour of the Council, on office sites in Clifton Moor, in
accordance with the Asset Management Policy
The Executive Member is asked to decide whether to lift the
restrictive covenants on the terms detailed.
Decision:
Resolved: That the request to restrictive covenants on the following be approved:
· Units 4 and 9, Marsden Park, James Nicholson Link for a capital sum of £9,200 for each application
· Buildmark House, George Cayley Drive for a capital sum of £45,000.
Reason: To enable the provision of apartments at reasonable cost in an area of surplus office accommodation.
