Purpose:
Purpose of Report: To present a Vision for the
City arising from the implementation of the Council Plan
priorities.
Members are asked to seek approval for a performance and reporting
framework that will ensure that plans for delivery are produced,
managed, measured, challenged where appropriate, and progress
reported.
Decision:
Resolved: (i) That the City Vision 2030 be approved.
(ii) That City of York Council Performance
Framework 2016-19 be approved.
Reasons: (i) To clearly communicate direction of travel of the
Council alongside the Council Plan.
(ii) To provide a performance framework for assuring
action planning and decision making.
