Purpose:
Purpose of Report - To
inform the Executive Member of the inclusion of carry over budgets
from 2015/16 into the 2016/17 capital programme, and amendments to
scheme allocations where required to reflect latest cost estimates
and scheme progress.
The Executive Member is asked to approve the carryover schemes and
funding from the 2015/16 capital programme, and amend the current
budget for the 2016/17 City and Environmental Services Capital
Programme.
This report will be considered by the Executive Member at his July decision session. It was originally entered for the June meeting due to an administrative error.
Decision:
Resolved: (i) That the carryover schemes and adjustments set out in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Officer’s report be approved.
(ii) That the increase to the 2016/17 City and Environmental Services (CES) Transport Programme budget, be noted,subject to the approval of the Executive.
Reason: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Transport Capital Programme.
