Purpose of Report: To report on an application to lift the restrictive covenant in favour of the Council on an office site in Clifton Moor in accordance with the Asset Management Policy.
The Executive Member is asked to decide whether to lift the restrictive covenant on the terms detailed.
Decision:
Resolved: That the request to remove the restrictive covenant in return for the capital sum of £75,000 be approved.
Reason: To enable the provision of apartments at reasonable cost in an area of surplus office accommodation.
