Impact on Council Car Park income is
anticipated to be approximately £2,000 on the day. The
successful launch of the Christmas Festival will help to increase
the numbers visiting York over the Christmas period. Therefore the
Acting Director of City and Environmental Services agreed to allow
free parking to take place after 18:00 in Council car parks on the
evening of 19th November 2015.
