Purpose of Report: The
report presents to Members the options and risks for progressing
the scheme prior to the formal establishment of the funding
mechanism - The West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund.
Members are asked to consider the options and determine a preferred
way forward on the project.
Decision:
Resolved: That Cabinet agree to instruct officers to progress Option 1 to continue the delivery of the Outer Ring Road Upgrade using funds allocated in 2015/16.
Reason: To maintain progress on the project pending the formalisation of the West Yorkshire plus Transport Fund.
