Purpose:
Purpose of Report: To
set out progress to date on schemes in the 2014/15 CES Capital
Programme and proposed adjustments to scheme allocations to align
with the latest cost estimates and delivery projections.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the amendments to the
2014/15 CES Capital Programme.
This decision will be taken by the Cabinet Member at a public Decision Session on 11 December 2014.

Resolved: That the Cabinet Member:
(i) Approved the virement of funds within Highways and Transport budgets.
(ii) Approved the amendments to the 2014/15 City and Environmental Services Capital Programme set out in Annexes 1 and 2.
Reason: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
