Purpose of Report: To inform the Cabinet Member of the service plans for food law enforcement and health and safety law which are produced on an annual basis in response to national requirements.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve these plans.
This decision has been deferred until August as further work is required.
This decision has been deferred until October due to a heavy workload to allow officers time to prepare the report.
