Purpose:

Purpose of the Report: To highlight the inclusion of carry over budgets from 2013/14 into the 2014/15 programme, and amendments to scheme allocations where required to reflect latest cost estimates and scheme progress.

The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the carry over schemes and funding from the 2013/14 capital programme, and amend the current budget for the 2014/15 CES Capital Programme.

This decision will be taken at a public decision session on Monday 13^th October.

Decision:

Resolved: That the Cabinet Member:

(i) Approved the carryover schemes and adjustments set out in Annexes 1 and 2 of the report.

(ii) Approved the increase to the 2014/15 CES capital programme budget, subject to the approval of the Cabinet.

(iii) Noted the outturn figures and scheme progress set out in Annexes 3 and 4 for the 2013/14 capital programme.

Reason: To enable to effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
