Purpose of Report: This report presents applications to list The Mitre Public House, Rawcliffe and The Fox Inn as assets of community value.
The Cabinet Member is asked to decide whether the above two public houses should be added to the list of assets of community value.
Decision:
Resolved: That the Mitre Public House, Shipton Road, York and The Fox Inn, Holgate Road, York be added to the register of assets of Community Value.
Reason: To ensure the Council meets its legislative requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and promotes community access to community facilities.
